Lazy rainy day

So, today is just a nasty day here in Delaware. I'm taking a day off...will be back on track tomorrow...still eating good though, not running to McDonald's or anything crazy LOL I got this!!

Workout

I am proud to say I followed through and did the same workout today. As sore as I was it was trying me but I held up lol Gonna have some spaghetti with turkey sausage and whole wheat pasta for dinner...YUM!!

Morning...

So, had a great workout yesterday, I know for sure because my whole body hurts this morning!! The morning has started out a little crazy but I'm ready to tackle the day and keep on track!

Today's Workout...

Since I'm just getting back in the groove, I started slow today. I went 30 minutes plus a 5 minute cooldown on the treadmill. I did 3 minute speed walking, 2 minute running for every 5 minutes until cooldown. I feel great! Will probably continue this workout for at least this week then start adding some other workouts and harder cardio!!

Starting Out

So, I'm not a blogger by any means but I needed a way to get myself in shape, one other than round! I thought if I started this and shared with others that want to get back into shape, other than round, we could motivate one another.
