Today's Workout...

Since I'm just getting back in the groove, I started slow today. I went 30 minutes plus a 5 minute cooldown on the treadmill. I did 3 minute speed walking, 2 minute running for every 5 minutes until cooldown. I feel great! Will probably continue this workout for at least this week then start adding some other workouts and harder cardio!!
